The customer can cancel the reservation made without costs or penalties within 24 hours of the start of the service by communicating this wish via email to infoncc.bo@gmail.com, telephone or whatsapp at +39 3518112829.
For cancellations received within 12 hours of the start of the service, a penalty equal to 50% of the amount of the booked service will be applied. For cancellations received within 6 hours of the start of the service, a penalty equal to 100% of the amount of the booked service will be applied. For departures, a maximum delay of 15 minutes is tolerated. Beyond this deadline, it will be considered an hour of free time which will be added to the amount of the service.
For arrivals at the station a maximum delay of 20 minutes is tolerated, beyond this deadline an hour of availability will be considered which will be added to the amount of the service with the exception of train arrival delays for which the customer is required to promptly notify the company of car rental with driver or assigned driver. For arrivals at the port, a maximum delay of 30 minutes is tolerated, beyond this deadline an hour of availability will be considered which will be added to the amount of the service with the exception of delays in ship arrivals for which the customer is required to promptly notify the company of car rental with driver or assigned driver. For arrivals at the airport, a maximum delay of 50 minutes is tolerated, beyond this deadline an hour of available time will be considered which will be added to the amount of the service with the exception of flight arrival delays for which the customer is required to promptly notify the company of car rental with driver or assigned driver.
For customer cancellations communicated promptly caused by unforeseen events and not under its control, autoblu-bologna.it may not apply any penalty.
